Hi
I was wondering if anyone could recommend rev limit parameter settings that would be suitable for setting before putting the car into the garage for a service. I would like to limit the power of my car in case one of the mechanics chooses to take the car for a blast. I thought of just setting the rev limit to 3500 so it could not be driven too hard but am not sure if they need to do a VTEC check during the "test drive".
Any ideas?
GARAGE SERVICE MODE USING REV LIMITS PARAMETERS?

I don't think you can use the TPS Scaling for that purpose.
It is a great idea anyway!
A Valet Mode activated by a switch or KManager would be very useful.
I know this is a stupid idea but I would like to share it.
Set the over heating temprature something below 90 degrees Celcius and check Go into 4000 RPM limp mode. In this case everything including VTEC will work but for a short time. Driving your car will not be fun anymore.
Regards.

That would do it! I think I'll stick to rev limits just now...Conquistadore wrote:I don't think you can use the TPS Scaling for that purpose.
