I should add that when I left my tuners shop my CEL was on. I then went to the gas station filled up and it never turned back on for the 15km drive to my house. The next day I am driving to work and the light comes on within 15 seconds of driving.

I went back to my tuner today to have it scanned and the same code came up again.

Not sure if this bit of detail will help, hopefully it can lend a hand in understanding the problem.

Are there any updates from anyone at Hondata that they can provide, any insight to this fix this problem at all? I would hate to go back to my mechanic and have them try and troubleshoot and spend more money and time etc.

1. Download the beta version: http://www.hondata.net/updates/KManagerV1-2-9.exe
2. Update ECU.
3. Datalog from a cold start as soon as the engine fires.
4. If there are problems, post the datalog here.
5. Don't panic.

The software that was used for my tune was v. 1.2.3.5 I assume the one you have posted above is different than the one I have?

Thanks for your help.

I finally installed and test my own S2000 K-pro on my 2004 s2k

the problem is the same

O2 sensor high voltage

and after disable 02 sensor, 02 sensor heater, and using secondary...

I have the 02 sensor low voltage

I understand that Hondata try to find a way to fix it

But I think I will convert mine to use the RSX wideband 02 sensor

With your calibration loaded and a datalog of the problem go to File and click on email. This will email us a detailed problem report.
