use pre-tuned or have tuned locally?

I was looking at the pre-tuned Hondata controller for my JRSC from Moss Performance. Should I get the pre-tuned unit or find a Hondata reseller (we don't have one in Raleigh) to custom tune it?

'99 Civic Si
header, hi-flow cat, cat-back, JRSC with 11lb pulley, 160 degree thermostat, 1-range colder plugs, CAI, MSD SCI ignition.
