Launch control

Post by cukali »

2005 Si K-pro K24A1 swap with turbo.

I did a software update a feww weeks ago change a few settings on my car. After that my launch control has not worked. Rev limit seams to be fine. All other functions seam to be working fine also. Any ideas?

I have it set to 4500 but it revs right past. I check and uncheck several times, restarting, and rebooting, nothing seams to get it working.

thnx in advance.

Which version of KManager are you using? 1.2.3.5 has a problem with launch control activation settings. Updating to 1.2.3.8 should sort it....

1.2.8

I see its been changed and I am not the only one a little confused, can you tell me what selections to chose to have my launch control set to 4500 again? I tried "always on/off" but I see thats not the correct one.

Also, can you give an estimate of how much retard/fuel addition for a good start on the shift option? I find it a good upgrade and will be using it.

thnx

In Kmanager, go to Help, Contents and search for "launch control" and read the details of how it works.
