Help with reading datalogs

Post by Mugen DC5 »

Hello,
I'm completely new with KPro, and have just received my own example :D .
I have a JDM Integra Type R with
- Gruppe M
- Fujitsubo RM-01a
- RBC
- Hondata IMG
- Buddyclub racing spec condenser
Now I've installed it and loaded the supplied by hondata k20a-itr.kal, and made a datalog.
Done it and now.....How do you read those datalogs????????
Okay i see ign, injection, enz.
But now i want to look for altering it and to look if its safe to ride it with a 2-1 without a cat, but first I want to know if its not running lean already... I want to make a map so i can finish installing the modifications before i get it mapped at the Dyno.
Can somebody help me please.
Here is the datalog.

If you wanna save on dyno time, you'll need to lock the cam angle at 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 on low and high cams and do loads of runs to tune the fuel for each cam angle. This will ensure your fuel is done and means you'll just need to find out on the dyno what angles make the most power.
Your running really rich at 50 cam and a little rich everywhere else.
