CAM Command always at 0

Post by magnEsium »

A friend just bought K-Pro, I gave him a kal for his vehicle and his cam command is always at 0, it does not change ever even though the tables say otherwise

No CEL's thrown, VTC is enabled, just simple bolt ons, 2005 rsx-s

Car is warmed up, all engine sensors were checked and rechecked

Any ideas?

You have an error code - P0112 "IAT Sensor Low Voltage"

That wouldn't cause the angles to lock at 0, would it?

If there are an error codes always track down and fix them before doing anything else.

Follow the Helms manual troubleshooting for the IAT error code.

i put in the new sensor and the code is still there. once i clear it it comes back on. when i clear it n dont let it idle on its own, by revving the car it stays off. but it works the whole time as long as i keep the rev high.. once i let it idle alone the engine light comes right back on and the kpro craps out.. what should i do? and i dont have the helms manual where can i get one?
