I was curious if the new updates to kpro of new cranking tables of injector pulse vs ect, has anything to do with: When my engine is still hot from previous driving and I go and try to crank it, the car will sputter on like there is too much fuel or not enough... I am running rc 750ss... Its done it from day since I got my rc 750s + kpro...
And please more info on the 2 new features..... I did read the help file, but I would like more info...
New Kpro Updates of Cranking injector pulse table???
Well, I did some research and reading.. Here is what I came up with: Big injectors espec. 750 cc+ have a tendency to let too much fuel out espec. at cranking.. When the car is driven for a while, there will still be alot of fuel in the fuel system espec. when the car is hot and driven for a limited amount of time.. So when you go to crank your car up while the car is still hot, there is still fuel leftover and + the tons of fuel at crank up with 750ccs, your flooding the motor so that causes a small sputter turning start-up... What I did to minimize this with my 750 ccs, is with the new update to Kpro last week:
Under parameters under fuel
I went down to Cranking Base Injector pulse table...
Hence when the car is hot and engine is warm is causing the the sputtering, you go under 141 and 177 ECT in the table and insert 11.02 and 6.55 in for the injector pulse.. THis will allow alot less fuel from going through the injectors when the ECT is 144/177.... Hope that was helpful for everybody.....
