Injector duty cycle question

Post by bossman032 »

I was wondering running injectors at 97% duty cycle will this damage the engine?

at about 7600 rpm...I know hondata says upgrade injectors about 80% I think..

I want to upgrade but don't want to if it won't do anything.

thanks! :P

You are maxing out the injectors. You need larger ones.

does changing injectors require re-tune? I am going to swap over to rdx injectors. I am aware I need to change the values in the kmanager software. I was wondering do I need re-tune after swapping injectors?

thanks!

Different injectors will require some re-tuning, usually around low injector openings. The easiest thing to do is to raise the fuel pressure.

No, you must have an adjustable FPR.
