JDM s2000 ECU

i bought a jdm ecu for my s2000. being that it was cheaper for me to go that route instead of buying an oem and having my immobilizer reset up and so forth. i got the ecu and there are some additional wires inside aswell as plugs acn anybody give me any insight to what this might be used for ?
