Random flat spot or miss at 5k rpm please help info inside

Heres the situation. Today I started having a issue where the car hits a flat spot/miss at 5k to mayb 6k rpm. I have included my datalog of it which you can see the flat rpm range at 5krpm til 5400k rpm. the plugs where gaped last night at .035 and earlier today it ran perfect for a 1.5 hour drive. then when I head home, it starts missing. strange thing is, it doesnt always happen. Im at a loss. please help.

here is one that was done just after and you can see the 2nd and 3rd gear pull has no miss at all.

i droped the gap from .035 to .030 and all is well. i guess the boost is blowing out the spark at that gap
