New to Hondata, offroad racing,, S300 software conflict

Can you assist me, I have a problem...
If I do not have the proper updated version of the S300 ( I have the 1.2.6 or something like that I know I have a 2 in there)
The ECU keeps logging me out (knocking me out) after only a few seconds (apprx 10)
I took my vehicle to have it tuned at a local dynoshop and they could not tune it due to the same issue. It keeps kicking us out. Why?

i had a similar problem when i was using an msd ignition coil.
