with the S300 will my rpms still drop below vtec?
Cuz no matter how high I shift it always falls out below 6k and from 2nd to third it kind of chokes wen I land at 6k.
O yeah I have a tuned S200 by the way.
here's a lil vid you can hear what i'm talking about wen shifting from 2nd to 3rd sounds like a fart lol....

i understand!!Spunkster wrote:If your car has been properly tuned and your optimal vtec point has been found and you are dropping out of VTEC, then you may need to consider changing the gear ratios in your transmission.
but it doesn't do this with obd2 ecu!!! the guy at "doit dyno" told me that with the cams i have ( skunk stg 2 cams) and the S200 it will do that but i'll stop doing that with the S300...

well i got the teg tunned with the s300 it feels better , shawn at church put vtec at 5500 rpm and ran well no lag while shifting or anything. so got home and didn't use the car for 2 days and today i used the car floored it and it started doing the same thing again :( so i ran it one more time and noticed that vtec doesn't go in till 6k. can the s300 re-learn it self :?: i already called him back hopefuly he'll be able to check it out sometime this week.
