A/F gauge readout in Smanager

Post by Sylverstreak »

I installed my PLX SM-AFR. Have the narrowband & wideband analog ouput to 02 sensor wire and D10 respectively on the P28. ELD is disabled and the wire cut. Confirmed that the voltage from the 02 sensor reading is between 0-1 V and that 0-5V for the wideband (usually 2.9V). The conversion is 0V=10 and 5V=20. When I add a new gauge in the display to see my A/F ratio, I chose A/F from the sensor and it shows values similar to 1.13. Why does is not show 15.X ect. My Wideband display is showing 15.X (it's set to show A/F and not Lambda).

What can be wrong??

Also, I have not removed R136 and R138 myself. I ordered the ECU from Hondata so I'm not sure if I have a US or Canadian ECU or if Hondata removed these themselves. Could this be the culprit.

Go into the sensor list and double click on AF and change it to Air Fuel instead of Lambda. That should take care of it.

Doesn't make a difference. Even the voltage correction does nothing.

Have you removed the suggested resistors?

Ok got it working. Had to remove the software and drivers and re-install the Smanager. My voltage offset is -0.49V and seems to be right on with the A/F gaug at idle. Not sure how to compare while driving as it bounces around quite a bit. Also had to change the setting in the Lambda tab to A/F
