Issue with engine cut-off

Attempting to diagnose electrical or mechaincal issue after cold start.
Car sat for two years in Boston. No problems when last drove. Picked up vehicle and welded exhaust pipe section that broke. O2 sensor requires replacement yet ran fine with disabled. Tuned erased after accidental upload of updated kmanager and simply installed base map for sensor readings. Checked alternator, replaced battery, checked all accesible grounds. Seems OK.

Car will shut off when cold start is over. As soon as temp is at normal, vehicle cuts out as if no fuel. Yet other major factor is relevant however as stated before... car ran fine last time driven.

Vehicle has stage 5 clutch and flywheel,JDM LSD Trans 4.7
stage 2 hytech cams
hytech race header no cat
alarm system no longer responds Viper with remote start
immobilizer does not respond when enabled
vehicle will start without clutch
depressing of clutch kills motor unless gas kept up at same time.
once warm... shuts off without touching anything

I manage Body shop with ASE mechanics and honda techs at my use. All are baffled as cannot explain why clutch once depressed with shut off motor. Crankwalk and pressure plate possible yet other issues such as cutting out with any mechanical movement suggest something is not just clutch. I am somewhat knowledgable with sensors and was wodering if anything looks odd right before cut off. Noticed knock thres. jumps at last minute????
I can fully tear open trans and crank yet am wondering other ideas first.

Base map is untuned and A/F is pegged at 10.7 and does not repsond to changes.
