wont hold a tune??

why is it that everytime i tune my car And get it running good il shut it off n go to drive it the next day and its like it loses tune n tune changes daily?? anyone ever have this issue My ecu is in open loop also which shouldent make that huge of a diff... and for sum reason when live and driving i cant get my high speed fuel map to come up?? any help ??? Thanks

no theres no calibration notthing the car dont hold a tune @ all car runs awesome one minetenext time u start it runs like shit
