K Manager Display Screen Disappeared

KManager version 1.2.3.3 installed in a '06 Type S.
After saving a datalog during a run up a local mountain.... the individual readings for ECT, IAT, RPM, A/F etc... in DISPLAY mode disappeared and a blank white area remains...
I can still datalog and monitor the change of readings in SENSORS mode, but in DISPLAY mode the readings donot appear.
After searching thru the drop down menus I cannot locate how to restore the readings.

Any ideas of how to restore readings in DISPLAY mode or what could cause this ?

UPDATE for what I have found and ruled out.... over the past week.

Since this problem happened I have searched more thru the drop down menus and options... and found nothing.
Even went to the extent of removing the program and drivers from the notebook which I use for datalogging and nothing changed.....

When the DISPLAY mode is selected a blank white screen comes up with no rectangles or numbers displayed, but when the SENSORS mode is selected.... all of the sensors are read and update normally.....

Doug from HONDATA.... or any knowledgable KPRO Tuners; can you assist me with this problem.....

What version of windows are you using? What are you display settings in windows set to? You should also be using the latest version of KManager which is 1.2.3.5.

Thanks for the recommendation..., but that would require that the program in the ECM have that same updated program...
I am not knowledgable enough to download and reload the program on to the ECM.

UPDATE: Took me a while, but finally resolved the issue !!!

Worked with Hondata and Church Automotive over the phone and email.... Many THANKS to Hondata and Church Automotive for their time helping me troubleshoot this problem....

This is what I had to do to resolve the problem....
Acquired a copy of my KAL from Church Automotive, downloaded the most recent version of KManager from the Hondata website, loaded the newest version into my laptop, loaded the KAL into the Calibrations list and Uploaded the KAL into my ECU. Then download several Display templates from the Hondata Forum and installed them into the Display templates list in KManager and load the template into the Display for daily use....

Now I have several templates to choose from while displaying data during datalogging....

YUP.... Finally learned how to Upload a KAL into the ECU.

I am having the same problem. The display worked just fine up until last week and now it is just a grey screen.

I will download the display templates and give it a go.

I saved my KAL on my desktop and uploaded it onto the kpro. Could that be causing this problem? My sensors window does show all the readings.

Not exactly sure what caused the problem...
Could have been the download of an earlier version of KManager....
You can download Display templates from this forum... and then load them into the Display...
I presently have a selection of four templates that I can use for the Datalog Display.
