440hp si, hondata ? spikes at 8.7k or so

I'm having an issue, at about 26psi 440hp @ 8500-8700 rpm the whole chart on datalog is telling me that i'm letting off on the trottle to about 0-5% when i'm not, and ofcourse it's running lean at that point, VERY lean. then right past that rpm it goes 100% trottle again. but I can't risk the engine doing that and let off at 8500. have any of you ever had this happen to you? let me know what the crap it is that's making the car do this? thanks.

knew I was going to get this :)

datalog and run tune attached.

car is a 00 si. b16a t66 turbo fully build engine, crower cams/valve trans, using s300 on p28...problems listed above.

you can't see in datalog thats posted where it shuts down my trottle, but if you zoom in you can see where it starts to drop my trottle down by itself, remember that is not me letting off the gas, the car is sencing something wrong and is doing it for me.
