help b18 swap into 91 crx fuel problem

i recently swapped a ls vtec into my 91 crx p28 ecu s300 conversion harness from obd0 to obd1 i try to start the car and get no fuel ecu checked out good main relay checked out good fuel pump checked out good im assuming its something stupid im over looking please help

is the fuel pump not priming? have you checked the injectors with a multimeter?
