Boost Solenoid Wiring
Boost Solenoid Wiring
I am working on installing my boost solenoid. The instructions say to wire it into the ECU using A11. My ECU (P72) has an empty slot at A11. Do I need to add a pin to connect the wire? How can I do this? Thanks.

With the ignition key turned forward should I be getting power on both leads going into the EBC? I'm running the synapse wastegate 40mm unit. No matter how I run the plumbing I cant get any type of increase in boost JUST ON THE 2 PORTS OF THE EBC
Here is my map, any idea's Blundell tuned my car on 15psi via wastegate spring and it's preload adjusted. But preload is backed all the way off and I'm at 12 psi even if I set the Base at 75%
Help

Talked to Blundell today and he told me to try the HARDLINE method to see if it's something wrong with the ECU or the valve. I connected one line to the positive battery terminal and the other to the negative terminal, set the boost cut to 20 psi "base is 15psi" and went for a run. I still have no increase in boost. Is it possible I got a malfunctioned controller

today while on the dyno, we found out the person that soldered my ecu installed 1 transistor backwards, therefore boost controller couldn't go past the spring. make sure you check everything. If you don't know send it to someone who does knowcardinal811 wrote:I popped open the ECU and checked/ rechecked/ and tripple checked, then has a EE at work check it. It's all there and all solid. Pin is in A11 and I've tried all methods to get the solenoid to work. I'm going to redo the wiring to where I can have in in my lap with no lines and go out for a run.
