ecu won't show on line

i just got a new laptop,i installed k-manager,set my tune,pluged in the ecu to the laptop and i cannot get it to come online.any ideas?

In Kmanager, go to Help, Contents, under Installation, you will find installing USB drivers. Make sure you choose the one for your operating system and follow the instruction. It is very important that you follow the steps EXACTLY, or it will not work.
