Hi there,
I was trying to tune one of my friend's Hondata Kpro on a RSX... The most recent Kmanager was installed, USB driver installed, etc... and it had no problems connecting to the K-pro. On the bottom of the screen, it states "online" and the ECU is in real-time mode with live readings for RPM, TPS, etc... Map trace was working as well.
When I started to tune the car, I noticed that the changes were not taking into effect though... I would play with the fuel/timing, turn off closed loop (it was on edit all tables as well), played with low/hi cam maps, etc... and there was no change as verified on the dyno, pulls after pulls... I cycled the key on/off, etc.. and no changes were registering.
So I decided to upload a new map, the car suddenly would not start and stalled right away. So I cleared security, and re-uploaded a fresh basemap. After several attempts, I was finally able to get the car re-started and the car was running fine afterwards on the new basemap.
However, somehow I lost communication with the K-pro in the process... On the bottom of the screen, it still states "online", but I have no data reading on the parameters (no RPM, TPS, temps, etc.... ). The software still responds to my ignition key switch, because when my key is off, it goes offline. Key goes on, and it states online. But no matter what I did, I was never able to get the realtime display again and I wasn't able to tune the car. I was only able to download and upload maps and that was it.
I am using Windows XP, but still USB 1.0. Not sure if that can cause those issues... Any help is greatly appreciated :)

Thanks for the reply :) I wasn't aware that I had to click upload each time I made changes.
Another issue though was that I somehow lost the real-time parameter displays. Before, I was able to get all the sensor readings by connecting and going online, but after this problem, I was no longer able to get the real-time display anymore.
Is there a procedure I need to perform to get the real-time data back?
