Injector Slope

Post by Speed Shop »

Ive noticed in the software you use cc for injector size. I am using 550 cc injectors and this Acura is running a bit rich. Typically on american models which i have tuned many you adjust base fuel trim by injector slope, so setting the injector cc to 700 should ultimately lean the overall table and setting it to 440 should richen it. Does it work this way for Hondata?
The customers application is a B18, lowered compression, T4 turbo, forged internals, intercooled. I also noticed it seems to accept 25 degrees of timing at what with no pinging. This is typically high to what i am used to. Any idea where i should be at on 100 octane? :D

You set the injector size to the size you are using then you start making changes to the overall fuel trim. Fine tuning of fuel is done in the fuel tables once you ahve everything close.
