red always, green blinks, solid cel

this is my first time trying hondata. my ecu recognizes it and it shows online. the red light is always on, the green light blinks, and theres a solid cel

whats the problem?

Are you able to upload a calibration to the ecu? Will it datalog? What version of software are you using from Help about?
