Feature Request: A/C Cut Re-engage Delay?

I would like an adjustable time delay from when the A/C compressor is cut due to RPM or TPS to when it comes back on.

This would prevent the compressor from coming back on during a shift and would generally allow for overall smoother compressor cut operation.

There is a 0.8s delay between switching off and back on.

I have not used the software. I assumed there was no delay based on my current software and some other general knowledge of what is in (or is not in) the stock code, meaning you either somehow incorporated the stock delay or you had to add one in.

I have had some discussion about and met reluctance to getting this feature added to my current software (which other than a few small things, I am very happy with), hence my question.

If I knew enough about all of this, I would do it myself. Perhaps someday.
