What would be the best injectors to use on turbo civic si 2000 with hondata

A lot of people use RC Engineering injectors:

440cc High Impedence (Saturated) are often used for turbo setups

If you plan to convert to Low Impedence (Peak and Hold) 500cc are the closest match

If you need to get injectors bigger than 440cc injectors you should convert to Low Impedence, High Impendence can't get much bigger than that.
