I'm have a problem with my Kpro'd S2000 and I'm hoping someone can help me figure it out using my calibration file and a datalog. When I first start driving, it will rev in first gear to around 3k and then it cuts out like it hits a rev limiter. Please help.

Some more information about your setup would help:
- The injector size is set to 680cc. Would these be low impedence injectors? Are you using a resistor box?
- Why is closed loop disabled?
- Was the ECU wiring was hacked up from using a VAFC?
They are high impedence injectors. There were spots in the datalog where the problem occured and my car cut out but I will try to get a better log later today. Closed loop simply hasn't been enable since it was tuned and I didn't even realize it was off. The harness has not been modified.
Here is a new datalog where the problem happened a lot. There was a harsh occurance right around 0:10 and again around 3:00, there were a lot of cutting out when the vss shows ~45mph.

The engine is cutting out because the TPS is very low. At this point you need to do work with a multimeter, following the Helms manual to confirm the ECU is receiving the correct signal from the TPS.
One more question as I'm tracing voltage. On the datalog I posted, does the voltage look unstable enough to be problematic? I see the voltage dropping over and over again, even though it's only .5-1v. I haven't noticed my lights or radio losing power when my car cuts out but the voltage drop just doesn't look right to me.
Yes, I was referring to battery voltage. The only changes to the electrical system are hardwired injector clips and the necessary sensors for the kpro. I set the tps based off of voltage and all was fine for a day or so but today its cutting out again and I have not touched anything since I reset the tps. I'm going to upload a new datalog shortly.
The highest I see your tps ever go is 17%. Your battery voltage does not look normal as it is fluctuating way too much at what appears to be a constant RPM it goes from 12.6V to 14V.
Have you tried calibrating the TPS in the software (Parameters, Knock/TPS)?
I have not tried to scale my tps. In the last datalog I simply didn't use much throttle as the problem I've been having only seems to occur at light throttle. In terms of the battery, I had it tested and it turned out to be okay.
Also, the car starts up without a problem every time. I'm going to have the alternator tested to make sure its properly charging the battery as power is being drawn. Any other ideas as to what could cause the fluctuation?
I just checked the voltage and battery shows 14.5v, B9 shows .30v, and B10 shows 14.2v. There were some small fluctuations of around .2-.3v w/ the voltage at the battery and B10.
