We cannot provide you with the adapter wiring diagram.

Please follow the throubleshooting in the link below:
http://www.hondata.com/techkpro_trouble ... nsors.html

This will help you determine exactly where the problem is.

If you are error codes with your K-Pro, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1) Clear security (Online, Tools, Erase ECU), close KManager and reopen it then go to File, New and create a new calibration and upload it.
try it, didn't work. code still there

2)If you have an 05/06 RSX, plug back in your stock ECU to see if it will generate the same error codes.

no codes with stock ecu

3) If the code persists, check the Helms manual for proper diagnostics of the error code. Hondata cannot provide tech support for diagnosing faulty wiring and sensors.

4) Try your ecu in a known good car. If you have an ECU converted for use with an 05/06 RSX then just remove the adapter harness and test it in an 02-04 RSX (note that VTC will not function correctly, but everything else will).
Code still there

5) Try a known good K-Pro ECU in your car with a fresh calibration from File, New.

Well i tried everything i could. the car is an 06 with 25000 miles on it..the car stays in a garage and now one has every work on it! i don't think my car has a short somewhere i check the wiring harness i check the o2. Is there a possibility that the KPRO it self is not good. I mean me and other person have the same exact problem and we tried everything. And if i put my 06 KPRO on my 03 RSX it should work minus the VTC.. well the VTC doesn't work on the 06 so i guess thats pointless. I guess ill stand on a street corner wait for an 05,06 to drive by and ask them if we can swap ECU!!!

your vtc doesn't work cuz u have CEL "Iat low voltage" i pritty sure ur vtec doesn't work also. i know there is somthing worng with kpro or the harness adapter because my stock ecu ran fine no check engine light at all. Could it be 1 or a few wire got hooked up wrong? to be honest i'm really dissapoint. i want a refund,a new harness or even a new kpro!!i just want to get this issue fix.

I hear you viva I just want this thing to WORK!! last night I put the stock ECU so I could drive to work and the car runs great.. No CEL and the VTC feels like its works the car has more power from the begin to end. I know hondata is not new at this but maybe just maybe they could have messed up on the harness or the kpro itself.. I'm sure they are plenty of 05/06 out there with kpro and they don't have this problem..I think it pretty intestine that the both of us have the EXACT same problem and can't figure it out... I just don't know what else to do.
