hondata ecu swap for rsx type-s

im going to have my friends ecu soon because he is going to get turbo, so he is letting me have his hondata flash....

the dealer will swap our ecus and re-program our keys so that it matches and works, they have successfully performed this swap in the past and will be the ones to do it for my friend and i..

my question is, once i get the flash, will i have the same support as my friend had before? what i mean by that is, if for some reason i loose my hondata flash, will hondata charge me the lower price to re-flash it? or am i SOL. and if i wanted to change programs, would they charge me the lower price as if i bought the flash straight from hondata?
