i have a jdm p30 ecu and each time i drive quickly (up 130km/h but i don't know @ what speed(i look the road not my speedo lol)) i got the error code for VSS (vehicle speed sensor)
after this, because i have this dtc, my vtec don't want to be activate anymore.
last day i see my speed make a strange thing. like a "reset" lol, the "hand/pointer" of the speed had fully turn to max and return to zero before return at the real speed of the car.
what can i do stop this problem??
i read on a post of "hondata" he write
Eventually, it is possible there is a bug in the hondata /calibration/s300 manager for the km/h-mph conversion.The ECU speed only will read to 255 kph (157 mph).
(it is possible when i'am @ 157km/h, hondata think i'am @157mph=>the max for it, and he generate this error code??)
