Need Tuning Help!!!

Hey guys i know this si stupid but i recently went from a s200 system to a s300 system cause i want to learn to tune myself. i have a turbo h22. Does anyone have the time to do a nice right up on how to tune? i know its broad but it would be greatly appreciated. i know alot of the people on here have been through the do's and don'ts so if someone could do a write up on how to correctly street tune a turbo h22 i would appreciate it. thanks again
