PLX iMFD Gauges - Do they work with Kpro?

Can these configurable gauges be connected to kpro some way?

If not, is there a common/elegant solution that is used such as a carputer or something to have kpro active all the time instead of hauling a laptop in the car?

The PLX guages all work on their own with their own sensors. They do not get data from the ecu.

I've seen some nice double din car pc's with touchscreen, usb ports and windows xp. I just searched for in car pc on google and found quite a few companies that do them.
