overlapping lines on 2D graph ALWAYS a bad thing?

Post by ITR 1102 »

My engine was fully tuned on a DynoDynamics dyno.
We loaded the engine and hit all part throttle columns and rpm rows.
Each was tuned for fuel as well as timing. My question is, why do the lines intersect / cross at points? I mean, I know it is because the fuel values are more or less between the two columns, but if it is what returned a perfect air / fuel, can the graph be disregarded?
