Problem download the calibration of the Ecu.

Hello, I have bought a car with Ecu s300 but they did not give software me.
I have install in my notebook smanager 1.3.4.0 and I connect to the Ecu ok but when I am going to download the calibration of the Ecu (online download) gives to the error "floating me point zero division by" How I solve it? What I make bad?

make sure your not data logging when you try and dl from the ECU.

I don?t data logging when I try.
Can you sen me other version of smanager? for example the v 1.3.1.
