I am a little confused.
I have an AEM wideband controller and guage that does linear analog output from 0-5v. I have been told that hondata will only read from 0-~3.8v so I can't use the full scale of my O2 sensor. Is this true? or is this old info? It seems the PLX does 0-5v so why would the AEM 0-5v be a problem? Also this is S300 in a P72 ECU
Can I just wire my white 0-5v signal wire into D14 (O2) and use my wideband as the regular 02 and not run a narrowband? Is this somehow a problem?
Also what pins can I use (if any) for +12v and Ground for the unit? I would like to splice these connections into my OBD2a-OBD1 harness converter instead of hacking any factory harness wires. This is in a 98' Prelude by the way.
Thanks
Using AEM's 0-5v output on D14?
I got that thanks,Spunkster wrote:http://www.hondata.com/techplxwiring.html
So hondata doesn't have a problem powering the WB02 off of A25? and just chassis ground the ground?
Also can you run without a narrowband at all? is that going to throw a code or can I disable the checking for the O2 sensor on D14?
