Red and green light on Hondata s300 in a p28?

What is causing the red light? Is this normal to have the red and green light on at the sametime?

How do I fix this issue?

I'm new with hondata is their any base maps that I can DL?

I just installed the s300 in the p28 ecu. I was just wondering if the red light and green light on at the sametime mean anything.

I have never use an s300.

I have a d16z6 the car starts but is very rich smelling. I was just curious about the lights.
