floating point division by zero reading from ECU

Trying to read the current map from the ECU back to the PC.
Software suggests it's best to use the one on the PC but don't have this so want to get it from the ECU.

When downloading with 1.3.4 the smanager software will seem to do it and the progress bar moves up but right at the end I get a message: floating point division by zero

Have tried two different laptops, one of which literally had XP just put back on fresh.

Surely the function to do this works?

Any suggestions welcome for what to try next please.

ECU works fine so S300 obviously working. I know my friend who's car it is has read the file from the ECU already, perhaps with a version of software older than 1.3.4, but cannot download anything sooner than 1.3.3 to test it.
I'm going to try that next but not expecting it to work :?

I have the exact same problem as you!

Can't get it to work, but the 1.3.4 software worked fine on my other laptop.

I've got mine to work now.

I installed 1.2.9 off a disc, then downloaded my map, then updated to the new version and it worked ok.

Maybe the new software need's a fix.

Is there a way i can upload this software for you to use?

Seem like the newer version have so much problem.
