AC switch for High/Low Boost Problem

I went into the Honda Manual, found that BLK/YEL is my Power into the switch, Ground in is a BLU/RED and Ground out is a Green, am I correct by cutting the green and wiring it to B5 and cutting the BLU/RED and grounding it to chassis? I tried it this way and it does not work, does not light up or anything. I am supposed to leave the power connected right? What am I missing here?

AC Switch
Activates when grounded. Normal function is to idle the engine up and delay the AC clutch when activated. Can only be used when you do not have AC. Note that if you want to use the AC Switch itself, then you need to alter the vehicle wiring to ground the other side of the AC Switch.
