cam angle wont change

yesterday after racing some cars i had some issues , first cel showed up , it was p1166 and i know its for primary O2 sensor heater .
everything was just fine except the 02 problem.
so, what are the things that related to O2 heater problem ?

anyway, i parked the car until today . i plugged the laptop , started the car , as u know at idle the cam angle is set to 0, so i tried to move the car , i was shocked when i saw the cam angle wont change at all , it always stuck to 0 cam angle , 2k rpm , 3k rpm , even on full throttle it stills at 0 cam angle and wont go past 3500 rpm.

add to that the idle is not stall and smooth like it should be at all , i set the idle @ 1050 rpm , but now its 950 rpm and not stall .

is this thing has anything to do with primary o2 sensor fault ?

any ideas what cause this ? any body got same issues here ?

considering the ecu needs that o2 sensor to run the engine , im gonna say yes , lol.

problem fixed , it was not cause of O2 sensor , it was from the new k manager , the 1.2.3.3 version , i just switched back to 1.2.3.2 , clear security , then i uploaded my cal , the car run perfect except the O2 issue, i took the car for a cruise and it runs perfect .

i dont know whats the problem with this version of k manager , maybe its bogged ?
i tried to upload several maps, i cleared the security and uploaded different kals . still same thing .

but version 1.2.3.2 solve my problem.
