Hondata Connectivity Issue

Post by fmrin61 »

Well as of about 2 weeks ago my hondata s300j was working normally. I had the car tuned and it was still working correctly. I went to change the launch rev limiter and uploaded while i was at idle and the car stalled and died and wouldnt restart the first time i tried. Then I went to start it and it fired right up. The car is running just as it was when tuned. I am not throwing any codes. However I cannot datalog or upload any information onto the ecu. When I plug the USB in it says online and makes the noise. I beleive the color of the light on the ecu is red. I have tried reinstalling the software and drivers. When I update the usb drivers it comes up as usb drivers updated and when i test usb it comes up as usb drivers installed correctly. However when I go to datalog IAT and ECT both change to 32 degrees regardless of what tempature it really is and the rest of the values stay at zero. And when you go to upload it just does nothing. I have tried other usb cables and they do not work. And my cable i have used on other devices and they worked properly. I have also tried 2 different laptops.
