GUI bug w/ k-manager v1.2.3.3

Looks like a GUI bug. The boxes are not sized correctly and are very difficult to use. To see this go through the following :

Parameters -> Nitrous 1/2/3 -> Fuel & Ignition

Just change the size of the Parameters window.
