imobilizer w /kpro

i just bought a ecu off line for my 05 rsx. i bought a prb ao5 like i was told. is the imoblizer going to work.or will it be turned off? can i just plug my old ecu in and use it? acura told me they will only program a ecu they install.

With K-Pro you can disable the immobilizer, but Acura can reprogram the key and immobilizer to match the new ecu. It is best to have your immobilizer functionaing to help prevent theft.

i have searched and have not found an answer.
i'm trading ecu's with my friend (2, 2002 rsx type s) his ecu has k-pro and mine is stock.
what do i need to do in order to make both ecu's work?

would my car work just by putting his the k-proed ecu in my car and disabling the imobilizer?

any help would be appreciated
