first time kpro user issue

Here is whats going on. I bought a car with Kpro installed on it. I talked to someone very knowledgeable about kpro who lives across country and downloaded what he said to. I hooked my computer up to the usb and it brought up a box that said it was going to dl something then it dissapeared and wont come back. What program am I missing or what can I do to get that box to at least come back so I can read it. I come from mini trucks and v8-s learning tuners and having a lot of fun. although the person who is helping me is a subie owner who hates on it daily, but is just giving me a hard time.

In Kmanager, go to help at the top and click on Contents, then go to Installation, then Installing USB drivers. Make sure you follow the directions for your version of windows.
