Onboard Datalogging Start/Stop using Manual Switch

How do the Onboard Datalogging manual switches work?

Is there some way to just switch it on and off when I want?

I notice that there is the E16 Power Steering pressure switch. Is that on when steering to the limit to one side?

How do I know if Onboard Datalogging is switched on?

You must cut the wire that goes to it's original location and connect your own switch to it.
