Kpro immobilizer Question

Can i bring my kpro'd ecu to honda/acura to fix my immobilizer issue?

Its not a problem its just that the green key keeps on flashing on my cluster lol. Since i brought it from someone. l was wondering if i bring it to the dealer can the still flash my ecu to match my immobilizer? (by the way i have a 2003 civic si with a PRB ecu kpro'd)
