Your ECU isn't from an 02-04 RSX Type-S

Alright I found two lines:
37820-pnf-a12
230086-4301

I hope this isn't the wrong K-Pro that I purchased =/ The guy who had it before had it on his EK with a total K swap.

The PNF does not have the reverse lock. It is from a Civic Si. You'll just have to unplug the plug from the reverse lock solenoid. This was the ecu you provided. We recommend the use of a PRB for the 05-06 Type S and a PND for the 05-06 Base. The use of the adapter with an engine swap is not recommended or supported.

Ah, its the K-Pro that I bought from the guy. Well I am going to be careful with it, but last question is it bad for the tranny if I don't have the reverse lock out and plus do I need to unplug the switch from the tranny or can it be plugged in?

As previously stated: "You'll just have to unplug the plug from the reverse lock solenoid."

Safety is dependant on the driver as you will be the one shifting the gears.
