S2K VTEC engagment w/ reflash?

jus a quick question. does the reflash for the s2000 smooth ot the vtec engagment like it does for the rsx? to b more specific can u hear the vtec cross over on a reflashed s2000 w/ intake n exhaust will it b as audible as b4?

i don't have the s2k reflash yet (i've got an A13 ecu which is not currently listed as supported by hondata), but i have talked to a couple of s2k reflash owners and they noted just like the rsx reflashes that the lower vtec point gives a smoother transistion in power and sound. here's a link to one of the discussion treads and a third party dyno of the toda reflash.

so basically what ur saying it that the vtec crossover IS less audible that b4?

yes - much smoother. some folks can't even tell there's a crossover. For example, in 1st gear she will rev so fash and smooth that you can't tell there's a low and high cam crossover

but you can feel and here the power once you are on the high cam (after the crossover as you call it)
