datalogging keeps freezing

Im getting piss, I know its cold outside but dang my datalog keeps freezing why??? i have to keep pulling the usb out and plug it back in to get it to work again and all im doing is trying to get my idle right HONDATA PLEASE HELP!!!!! I NEED THIS TO WORK

im using resistor plugs
usb cable that came with unit
oem dizzy

what else is wrong

Did you recently upgrade to the new SM Manager Version?

I know that when I upgraded to the newever version, it freezes when I datalog too.

what the hell is going on, the Smanager isnt freezing just the datalog..

Is this what you mean.........download the current calibration off the ECU on to the 1.3.1.0 then upload it back on the ECU?? if so yes i have
