does anyone know what the 003 for the last 3 digits is? auto or manual? thanks

Usually honda put two marks to determine auto or manual
"AT" stand for AUTO
"MT stand for MT.

You also can check at hondata technical info, where are the jumper located at... you need to open up the ECU
