Exporting tables?

Is there any way to export the tables from SManager or be able to copy a selection?
I no longer have my S300 but am using RE4. I could not find such an option and have a feeling that it does not exist.
My motor was fully tuned on the S300 and I was hoping to save some time once I put the blower back on my motor again.

Open the calibration file (*.skl) with wordpad, it is a text file.

Ok, but you can't open RE4 file in wordpad. How would I go about replacing the table's values?
