changing map sensors

If i switch to an aem 3.5bar or 5.0 bar map sensor from the msd(more like GM) 3 bar map sensor...how much will it throw my map off, or will it throw the map and tune off. Ive gotten mixed answers on this.

Intheory if the scalar and offset are correct it should be the same, but you should double check your AF readings.
